1.Using PLC temperature control system, LCD touch screen display, intuitive and convenient operation, accurate temperature control.
2.The PLC control system of this machine is also attached with glue spraying control program, without external glue spraying controller, with automatic speed and glue quantity tracking function, which can easily realize various glue spraying requirements of customers' products in the assembly line and automatic equipment.
3.The desian of progressive preheat melting tank,internal coating of imported DuPxxt Texxn anti sticking coating, low energy consumption reduce glue carbonization phenomenon, can maintain good glue quality.
4.Heat preservation and standby setting funcion can set the heat preservation temperature according to the actual production requirements, prevent glue carbonization, reduce power consumption, and shorten the heating time due to shift change or noon break.
5.When the actual temperature exceeds the set value, the main power supply will automatically turn off.
6.Timing switch function, namely 7-day time control function. The machine can be set to run and shut down automalicall according to theworking hours of workers every day.
7.The double-layer 100 mesh filter is adopted to reduce the clogging of the nozzle. The new guiding reflux device makes the glue pressure adjustment more accurate and stable.
