OSD-LT30A  Fully Automatic  Hot Melt Glue Spraying Tyre Machine System   Our Machine uses the Tire Spraying Technology: A layer of polymer nanomaterial (professional tire glue) is sprayed on the bottom and both sides of the tire through spraying equipment, thus forming a layer of 'anti-leakage safety guarantee area', so that the tire can achieve the functions of puncture-proof, puncture-resistant and leak-proof, solving the hidden dangers of traffic accidents caused by nail puncture and air leakage during driving, ensuring driving safety, and the tire can be driven on the road at high speed as usual without repair or replacement.

     

Product Features

This machine can upgrade any specs vacuum tyres into anti-flat tyres that are not afraid of being pierced by sharp objects such as nails and glass. The principle is to spray a high-molecular organic synthetic rubber with memory function evenly on the inner wall of the tyre through a glue sprayer to form a strip with a thickness of about 3mm, which plays a role in preventing flat tyres. Compared with traditional tire glue spraying equipment, our OSD-LT30A has the advantages of no need to manually crank the tyre, no need to measure the tire, and fully automated production.

 

After being processed by our machine system, your tires will be upgraded to Safety Tires (Puncture-proof, Leak-proof, Explosion-proof) with the following features: Safe, Convenient, Puncture-resistant, and Leak-proof.

1. Ensure driving safety, improve the explosion-proof and leak-proof capabilities on the basis of the original tires, and reduce the risk of tire blowouts; 2.
