1. Reasonable structure and convenient operation and maintenance,with the ergonomic design scheme's structure for the whole machine and independent design for the mechanical and electrical control system.
 

2. The internal space of the whole machine design is increased, so that there is enough heat dissipation space in the electronic control box, greatly reducing the damage of electronic components and power loss.
 

3.The gear pump and motor are connected by universal joint. Its function is to make the included angle at both ends of the transmission shalt equal,to ensure that the instantaneous angular velocity of the output shaft and the input shaft is always equal,and the stability and uniformity of the rubber machine in high-speed operation.

 

 

4.The pressure plate is made of aluminum alloy precision casting, processed by precision machining CNC technology, and the surface is processed by deep penetration sintering of DuPont Teflon. It has the advantages of high coating strength, not easy to fall of,and are greatly reduces the carbonization of hot melt adhesive.

5.The main engine adopts high-precision return valve with the sensitivity ± 1 bar,which is equipped with locking
function to avoid damage to equipment or personnel safely caused by mis-operation. The filter design of the whole machine adopts heavy multi-layers filtration, which can prevent PUR glue from blocking due to overdue and solidification.

 

6.The temperature control system of the main engine is controlled by the combination of full touch screen module temperature controller,with PlD self-tuning adjustment function and Chinese and English operation interface.

7.Use the K-type platinum metal temperature sensor with the detection accuracy is ± 1 °C.

 

8.The gear pump adopts 12CC large flow metering pump to ensure the stability of rapid transportation.

9.The whole machine adopts high temperature resistant and fireproof conductor, which improves the safety of the equipment.

10.The host control unit is equipped with automatic tracking system,high-precision signal acquisition, special anti electromagnetic interference design and internal over-current and voltage protection,to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system.
